Kayak Fishing for Lake Lanier Striper – This is my 1st Striper from the Yak of 2014… hopefully many more to come! Filmed with a GoPro HERO – http://amzn.to/1UBLWtE The weather was chilly (low/high 40’s). The water temp started out around 48 early in the am, but it shot up to low 50’s by noon. The wind wasn’t too bad. Conditions overcast. We saw isolated bait schools on the sonar in 20+ feet of water and usually marked fish near by. This striper weighed around 15lbs. It was released back into the lake unharmed.
