Kayak Fishing in Georgia’s Lake Lanier for Striped Bass in July. The game plan this time of year is locating fish deep and using weighted lines with live blue back herring. 5 of us went out on this trip. Walt Laricsy put us on the fish and developed a method of bringing them out of the trees. At one point, Walt and BJ hook up at the same time. Some of the bigger fish we caught that day were in the 10 to 15 pound range. It was a great day out on Lanier!
